CONGRATULATIONS to NICKY GRANDORGE AIWS.
The WSET have awarded Nicky Grandorge the Vintners Cup, an honour awarded to the student achieving the highest aggregate mark over the six Diploma Units. Traditionally the winner of this award had to be based in the UK, but in honour of Nicky's achievement, the WSET has made an exception and in 2008 the Cup was shared between Nicky and UK based Anne McHale.
This is a great honour and fantastic accomplishment.
Nicky was one of only two students to gain a WSET Diploma Pass with Distinction worldwide in 2008 - the other Distinction Pass was achieved by another NZSWS student, Janee Schupp.
Congratulations to Nicky and Janee on their fantastic results. Well done !
